Every Thursday night at the Ruby, we
bring you the hardest of the hard and
darkest of the dark, with two hard
pounding dance rooms, a full bar with
strong ass drinks, and an outdoor
smoking patio.
The main is dominated by DJ Amanda
and Mike Stewart playing stompy harsh
beats allnight long. You wont find any
Brtiney here..... just Industrial, EBM,
Electro, Teckno, and Noize. And in the
front room Bruce & Sally finally have
their dancefloor back, as they team
up to spin a nostalgic web of dark and
mischievous tunes from the old school
to the new... An Alternative mix of Goth,
Dark Wave, Synth Pop, Electro, & Indie.

Bruce Perdew is one of the co-
founders of Perversion. He stared
out the club spinning in the back
Velvet room, when we had three
rooms. He now spins in the front
room, and plays a mix of Goth,
Dark Wave, Synth Pop, Electro,
and more.
Amanda Jones started out back
in the day at Helter Skelter as the
coat check girl. She, along with
Mike Stewart are the original DJs
for the main room.
Mike Stewart is the other half of
Perversion, as well as the original
main room DJ. After a long time
absents, he has finally made it
back to the DJ booth.
Sally Stennet is the latest addition
to the Perversion crew. Each
Thursday she spins the opening
set in the front room.

Frwy south to Highland Avenue.
Exit and take Highland Ave to
Hollywood Blvd. Turn right on
Hollywood Blvd, go west for 2
blocks. The club will be on your
left side.
From Orange County: Take the
5 Frwy north to the 101 Frwy
north. Exit Hollywood Blvd and
turn left. Take Hollywood Blvd
for about 2.5 miles, past
Highland Av. The club will be
on yourleft side.
From Long Beach: Take the 710
Frwy north to the 5 Frwy north,
then to the 101 Frwy north.
Exit Hollywood Blvd and turn
left. Take Hollywood Bl for
about 2.5 miles, past Highland
Av. The club will be on your
left side.
From Santa Monica: Take the
10 frwy east and exit La Brea.
Turn left and go north until
you hit Hollywood Bl. Turn
right on Hollywood Bl. and the
club will be on your right side.
